Suggestion move localization to a different Repository

Propose to move localization to a different Repository
so that it can be more effectively maintained separately from the code base
as it currently stands only a few people have write access to this repository
as time goes on it likely will be more and more languages added
it is not really feasible to ask these few people to become a multilingual language expert they are able to confirm that if localization is good or not

localization requires more language skills learn programming skills
a different repository would allow different set of people to be maintaining the code base
maybe the people who made the localizations could have write access the that repo so they can quickly update it

I'm suggestion AUTOMATIC1111 make a repository dedicated for localization
and the webui could clone the localizations file when needed

Please allow ALL Localizations to be hidden from the Extensions tab when checking for Updates

if you check the localization box, it should hide all of the localization form the list

or am I misunderstanding your question?
