"Mark as read on scroll" fails after switching from Unread to All filter

• APP: 0.11.1

2. Describe the bug

The "mark as read on scroll" option fails to operate when switching from the Unread to the All filter. To reproduce this bug:

1. Turn on "Mark as read on scroll" in the settings, under Interaction.
2. Set the Initial page to "Feeds page" and the Initial filter to Unread in the settings, under Interaction.
3. Close the app.
4. Open the app.
5. Switch to the All filter from the Unread filter by tapping on the right-side icon on the bottom navigation bar.
6. Tap a feed with unread entries to open it.
7. Scroll down.
8. List items will not be marked as read when you scroll down.

List items should be marked as read when scrolling down under these conditions.
