AppID 218640 not found - indexed game, maybe geoblocking

Im encountering the same issue like in #82 , but i dont know if it is the same reson, therefore new issue...
My game to test is 'Lucius', app id 218640, https://store.steampowered.com/app/218640/Lucius/

Your tool says: "[!] AppID 218640 not found."

In Germany, this game is indexed. So it could be indeed something like geoblocking. The Steampowered website says "Dieses Produkt steht in Ihrem Land derzeit nicht zur Verfügung." which means something like, that this game is currently not available in this country.

Using a VPN dont fixes the problem. In both cases, the URL
https://store.steampowered.com/api/appdetails?appids=218640&filters=basic
responses the same result

Using a VPN in France, I was able to get a response

Using a VPN in Germany, I can confirm I was unable to retrieve the game's details. Steam is most likely refusing to answer when your IP is in a country where the game is unavailable.

If possible, you should try using a VPN to another country. Also try to restart SAC when doing that, as some sort of cache might still keep the old response.

Sadly, I don't really want to include some proxy in SAC. I don't have enough knowledge and don't want to leak your internet traffic to an unknown server than could be logging everything.
