When CfP call is open, regularly post on LinkedIn and Twitter to reach as many people as possible.

Make sure the posts are written to

reach a wide audience (everyone is welcome)
focus especially on women and people with disabilities
1-2x/week on LinkedIn
1-2x/week on Twitter
