Plugin 'Syntax Highlighter': Allow per-post configuration

Sometimes I want line numbers, but sometimes not. Same for hidden chars and the rest.

Would also be nice to enable/disable highlighting on a per-post basis for performance reasons (i.e., avoid loading prism*.js files). Either by adding a posts config option or by filtering for a hidden tag.
