How can I use H.NotifyIcon.WinUI in Template Studio for WinUi Project

I am a beginner to WinUI3 and i want to use system tray functionality in WinUi Template Studio Project. When i install the nuget package it causes following errors.

Package H.NotifyIcon.WinUI 2.0.118 is not compatible with net7.0 (.NETCoreApp,Version=v7.0). 
Package H.NotifyIcon.WinUI 2.0.118 supports:
  - net6.0-windows10.0.17763 (.NETCoreApp,Version=v6.0)
  - net7.0-windows10.0.17763 (.NETCoreApp,Version=v7.0)	

Error: Detected package downgrade: Microsoft.WindowsAppSDK from 1.4.230822000 to 1.3.230502000.
 Reference the package directly from the project to select a different version. 
 MyProjectName -> H.NotifyIcon.WinUI 2.0.118 -> Microsoft.WindowsAppSDK (>= 1.4.230822000) 
 MyProjectName -> Microsoft.WindowsAppSDK (>= 1.3.230502000)
