Moving contact page to subdirectory

My contact widget works fine, if placed here: /content/home/contact.md
However, when I move /content/home/contact.md to /content/contact/_index.md I get a blank page (with the page header only, but no formspree or contact-details)

My frontmatter is pretty straight forward:

Any suggestions how I can get the formspree to work, if the contact.md is moved to /content/contact/_index.md?

I finally got this problem solved.

You need two markdown-files:

/content/contact/index.md
/content/contact/contact.md

[criticalcake]

content/contact/index.md contains only the following lines:

/content/contact/contact.md contains these lines:
