[REQ] remote streaming host support - add Chrome Remote Desktop

In the user idle setting there is already support for other remote streaming methods like moonlight/sunshine/rdp, and i think those already work great.

However, is there a way to add Chrome Remote Desktop to the whitelist in this feature?

(manually adding the process name remoting_desktop.exe to the whitelist does not work upon my testing)

Hi @lyndonguitar the support for the streaming hosts is separate from the User Idle Mode feature so I'm, not sure I understand the request. The former will blank or shut off the screen when a remote client connects to the PC. while the latter will blank the screen after the user has been idle for X minutes. Can you please explain more in more detail what you want to achieve?

Good day, sorry if I wasnt clear in my description. What I meant was support for the streaming hosts works with Gamestream / Sunshine / Steam Link / RDP is implemented and works.

But I would like to request that Chrome Remote Desktop be added to that feature since currently, when i connect via Chrome Remote Desktop, the Screen turns on, unlike those services that are support already (e.g. Steam Link)

And thanks for the correction, it is indeed separate from the "user idle mode" management, in which when i tried manually adding the process name remoting_desktop.exe to the whitelist, it does not work upon my testing
