How to fix column tooltip for custom filter elements

When using other components inside the filterSelectOptions eg:

filterSelectOptions: [
                    { value: 'Error', text: <SeverityIcon severity='error' showName /> },
                    { value: 'Warning', text: <SeverityIcon severity='warning' showName /> },
                    { value: 'Hint', text: <SeverityIcon severity='hint' showName /> }
                ],

the tooltip will show object object.
Is there a way to fix this?

I also tried setting a label and a text prop at the same time but they are the same it seems.
