In the web https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/arm/iso#creating-bootable-media you expect information on how to create a bootable iso, but the only info provided is that you can make a bootable iso but with 0 information on how to do it or any link to any other documetnation on how to do it.
The x64 documentation indicate to use the Media creation tool but this tool is not abaliable to make an amr64 iso.
