Allow units to be added into legend of a Cesium layer in a data portal

We should be able to add units into the legend of a Cesium layer in a data portal.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, setting units in values does not work, as it is expecting an integer. So, we aren't able to see the units in the legend color map. Our current solution is just to change the label/title for the legend to include the units

Additional context

In the screenshot example, we see only 130 as opposed to 130 g C m^-2 yr^-1 like it is set in the geoJSON.

@justinkadi, once we release the next version of metacatui, these "mini-legends" will be removed from the view:

We came to the decision as a team that they were less useful than, and redundant to, the main legend that's now available.

Are the units in the legend titles sufficient? If not, where else would you expect the units to be?
