Describe the bug
Codesouler Sign In could not refresh after Login in opencsg loginpage

Environment
OS: Windows | Windsurf with CodeSouler plugin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click CodeSouler plugin in Windsurf
Click on 'Sign in' Button, go to opencsg.com login page
Enter user/pwd, Login Success page show up 'https://opencsg.com/ide-login-success'
No any action in CodeSouler plugin login page

It happens randomly, once I tried again, everything goes well, so log a issue to track that.
Expected behavior
CodeSouler should login succeful.
