2nd post topic for 2024

I've just added one 2024 post (How to give a Raku presentation at TPRC – and why you should). I plan to write at least one more but wanted feedback on which of the following two to prioritize:

1. How Raku gets Unicode right and why it matters
2. The pros and cons of torturing your implementers: A Raku case study

It's possible that I'll be able to write both (though definitely not by December 1) but there's a decent chance that I'll only get to one. Does anyone have strong feelings about which one would be better?
