Tabular Input default values cannot be changed on the fly - include a download option for table format #4

The default values for tabular inputs like the one shown below cannot be changed. It would be good if we could change them on the fly without having to upload a new file.

Also, a download table option for user to input new values would be good to have.

Hmm, maybe you can try it again tomorrow so I can see what you are doing. Direct modification seems to work fine on my browser.

I am using Chrome and i think it still an issue. Will check in with you later..
