Describe the bug

View tab remains stuck when the view contains an open message box and the user tries to drag the view tab.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Workbench Testing App
  2. Open a Message Box Opener
  3. Open a Massage Box
  4. Open a new Tab (+)
  5. Drag the Message Box Tab just slightly down
  6. The Tab is stuck

Expected behavior

The main area layout should be split in two and the tab should not be stuck.
