User-defined prompts that are more tunable

A recent merge converted the prompt.txt to a python script which is great. But users don't really have a good way to customize it for their needs without dealing with git complaining.

I'd like to propose a move to using a minimal prompt.py and then allowing a custom_prompt.yaml that also supports multiple criteria. When the AI starts up, it will look for any (optional) values in the custom file, for example:

I would agree Clayton, I agree that it would be a useful enhancement if there was a clear way to convey the instructions that could be preset in a simple way like this.

Something like a user interface or txt where you can specify or write more stuff seems nice but it has to be practical and integra table. As a extra consideration, not all tasks are simple and very time limited. Mine has to try to code a application and use internet research to integrate tools. Multi day / week /months project
