GPT 3 - please don't check out any random github repositories when I've given you all the information you need

I'm trying to figure out prompts that can set up axioms with GPT 3 but it's proving a bit challenging. I've tried deleting all the generated local files and the pinecone index, in case the memory was being used for every new job. It seems like when the pinecone index is recreated then it still has all the context from previous runs.

Here's an example of the type of prompt I'm using to try and limit the behaviour

ai_goals:
- inform all agents that capabilities such as memory and internet access are being done by me, and that it can assume that I will be able to retrieve the results from there and provide them to it. do not check out any github repositories. do not use google searches. only use the links provided in the file links.txt 
  using a new agent for every link in the file links.txt and summarise the content of those websites. inform all agents every time you call them that the capabilities such as memory and internet access are being done by me, and that it can assume that I will be able to retrieve the results from there and provide them to it.  don't go to any other websites that are not in the links file.
