Which python version does autoGPT run the best on? (And more problems.)

I have Python version 3. 11.3 but the CMD does not see that I have it. What do I do? Also I used to get this error: Warning: The file 'auto-gpt.json' does not exist. Local memory would not be saved to a file. What do I do?
And the .env file does not seem to save my changes (pinecone api key openai api key etc.) I do not know how to fix all this.

Have you used the master branch or stable?
pinecone isn't working on master anymore as we moved away from it.

To check which python version you run type "python -V" to check that you are using the correct version, sometimes the default can be the old one and you may have to type "python.3.11.exe" instead.

@Wladastic boa tarde! Pode me ajudar? Ao configurar o AutoGPT com o Git, recebo a seguinte mensagem do prompt de comando git clone:
Fatal: failed to load library "libcurl -4.dll"
Há 2 dias estou tentando solucionar isso. Não possuo conhecimentos de programação. Ficaria muito grata se me ajudasse. Acho que o problema está no Git, pois os demais programas, Pytho, VS Code e Docker Desktop,, aparentemente, foram instalados corretamente.
