plz plz plz ADD

1. Pausing after a y -n starts to loop (Seems to loop on certain activities constantly and I would like to provide feedback without having to restart from the beginning or process each command individually) Added feature to interrupt y -N continuous commands. #4230 Agent loop v2: Planning & Task Management (part 1: refactoring) #4799
2. Locate as an command (if the agent could logically search for files in the workspace lots of loops would be fixed)
3. More granular control over when a certain model is used. (obvi i spending too much money on OAI api)
4. A better way to budget (yeh plz help i broke after last month)

1. Interrupts and other agent updates are coming soon
2. Locate as a command, I like the idea - PRs or plugins are welcome
   3 and 4. We're all burning tokens! => try using GPT-3.5-turbo-16k instead of 4. It has a larger context window than GPT-3.5 which helps a lot w/ performance.
