Creating a lesson plan with AutoGPT

I've been trying to write a comprehensive lesson plan on Quadratic Equations with Auto GPT. It keeps repeating what it is going to do and how it plans to do it. But, nothing happens. I gave it the sections of the lesson plan and asked to write a code with python that will turn the whole thing into a .tex file. I did something similar with GPT-4, but Auto-GPT doesn't seem to work. And I thought that that was a task it could do without any problems.
Could you tell me if you know what the problem could be? Is there something that I should add to the autogpt configuration when installing it? I've been trying this for days. I am reaching a point where my laptop is about to fly out of the window (and I just bought it).
