Make theme toggle work better

The theme toggle was/is in the navbar but I disabled it for now as it was not properly implemented.

The toggle should be moved to the users profile page/settings page and it should save the state to the users account and then when it is toggled, we need to make sure every single page and UI element is updated correctly.

in the settings page we should list these as the options:

• Follow system (use system theme)
• Dark
• Light

These should be the themes as part of the profile settings and critically save to the users account.
