DB connection issue

Possible due to higher load on startup, but that’s just a guess

Or maybe the db connection manager takes longer to startup than the executors

This makes Agents unable to run after a new release for a period of time, with the error message:

"Error saving agent unsupported serialized class: httpx.ConnectError"
