[Table] 表格表头吸顶存在错位现象 #3224

重现步骤

在多屏下，移动光标并focus（任意点击一下）到其他窗口
再移动光标回到Table组件窗口

2.1 如果直接左右滚动（不点击到Table组件内），会出现截图现象，第一次点击时，依旧出现截图现象，当第二次点击（无论是在Table组件内还是外）后吸顶块会正常跟着移动

2.2 如果直接focus到Table组件（第一次点击），并左右滚动时，会出现截图现象，但是第二次点击（无论是在Table组件内还是外）后则吸顶块会正常跟着移动

2.3 如果是先点击到Table组件外，再回到Table组件内则吸顶块会正常跟着移动

期望结果

吸顶块header可以正常跟随内容滚动

实际结果

出现错位

固定表头，改变窗口尺寸或组件尺寸也会这样，并且有时开发环境和生产环境的现象不一样
