is there an option to use custom formats, custom Quality/Bitrate, custom arguments and more from yt-dlp.conf?

Custom arguments can be supplied via cmd at the moment. Custom formats and bitrates are a good idea, as for the .conf i need to look into that a but to see how it works but i will definitely see what i can do.
