Orbital: Level 3 data

Has anyone started or have a fork with Level 3 attributes for Orbital?

We'll most likely be adding it in the coming months but I just wanted to see if there are any ongoing efforts out there or anything I missed. I see the level 2 fields within the Orbital gateway in Active Merchant, some of these level 2 fields will also be level 3 fields so they're labeled a bit weird at the moment, I'd focus on backward compatibility of course. I'm working on compiling a list of level 2 & 3 fields as well to see the overlap and additional fields needed.
