[Bug] Searching with "Enter" does nothing

🐛 Bug Description

Right now if you try searching for a value using "enter" to submit it, the search bar clears, but no search results appear.

1. Go to the explorer https://explorer.aptoslabs.com/?network=devnet
2. Paste in an address: 0x7e9983bf1e8a75e305d081bacc994cea4051ef0d40548f38e0fb2140f20be6d0
3. Press Enter

Observe: Nothing happens - your text disappears but the page doesn't change.

Expected result: It searches for the result that would be the 1st.

If you wait a second, then results appear underneath that you can click to search, but this was very confusing and made me think the explorer was simply broken.

Expected Behavior

Pressing enter after entering data should behave the same as clicking the first result after waiting a second.
