Ability to suspend message notifications per camera for period.

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
A camera alerts if people detected in a location. For a period someone will be working there. You have a number of cameras covering multiple areas, so you would rather not globally disable all notifications if at all possible. The ability to suspend notifications per camera could make notifications from frigate more pertinent. It really is nice not to have to utilise HASS

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to suspend notifications for e.g 5|10|30|60 mins per camera would alleviate receiving multiple messages during this period, safe in the knowledge that once this time has expired, notifications will automatically resume. Perhaps a button with the message could be selected as another control surface.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Disabling notifications from the UI is of course possible. However, if you have more than one camera, many would rather not globally disable notifications and, worse still forget to re-enable them.

Scenario: A camera alerts if people in a location. For a duration someone will be working there. You have cameras covering multiple locations, so would rather not receive numbers of messages from this one for a time, but still be nudged if the others flag. The ability to suspend notifications for a camera could make notifications from frigate more pertinent.

I should have added a log event generated to show camera notification suspended|re-enabled. To weed out misbehaviour and provide a record somewhere.
