[Feature Request/BUG] Improve the .desktop launcher files

Hi Bottles devs,

As discussed in bottlesdevs/programs#211, opening issue separately:

The "Add Desktop Entry", creates the .desktop file in $HOME/.local/share/applications/, but why the weird name "StarCitizen--Star\ Citizen--1678226111.064794.desktop" ?

It has an invalid icon file:

The Categories section inside the .desktop file should have Game for Gaming Bottle category (when you create a new bottle). Maybe this should be defined as parameter inside the Installer (so that the maintainer can define it better)?

Hello! Sounds great, also would help if we added an exec entry to remove the desktop file, similar to what appimagekit does in its .desktop file generation, "remove desktop shortcut" in bottles' case
