There must be a link within the Cookie Policy that can be easily 'found' by the end user so that they can re-access the cookie preferences popup and change their preferences at any time.

Idea: create a component showing a link to reopen the preferences modal.
In projects, the developer can place that in a block, in the footer or wherever it's handy.

The link will change the cookie saved from the modal.
Since cookies are not observable, that link should trigger a custom event for which the modal is listening.
