Follow up decisions for the SDK spec

The following items are not unanimous among SDK maintainers and need further discussion to be incorporated in the spec:

• How to expose Alpha APIs in the SDKs?
• How to keep compatibility for Actor invocation cross SDKs? - Actor method invocation contract SPEC #15

Is there a meeting next to convene and talk about some open issues in this repo, take the above mentioned discussions forward? Happy to organize one.
