Right click to reset the exposure/color calibration area mapping #689

I discovered by accident that you can simply right-click to reset the area back to the default.

This probably needs to be part of a color picker section, as mentioned in #673 |

As mentioned above, I've now made a few changes that hopefully incorporate everything in your pull request, as well as centralising the picker documentation in a single location.
