question result dialog can have animation (like appear down from the top and dissapear to the top)

Personally I like the way it is now.
Considerations for adding animations is that is needs to be quick so users aren't waiting forever for the results.
But also, accessibility considerations need to be met in terms of motion sensitivity. There should be a way to disable animations for those who don't want it.
