[Feature Request] Add Bluetooth provider

Describe the problem/motivation

Currently enabling Bluetooth requires user to navigate to action center icons (in windows) which requires some additional efforts.

It would be good if there is a Bluetooth provider to toggle the state (On / Off) and also show the current state (On / Off) so that it will auto connect to the paired device available. Listing the available devices is an overkill In my view, just toggle will do the needful.
