版本号：
mini-css-extract-plugin "^0.5.0"，node版本14，使用yarn install安装依赖
问题描述：

这个插件导致打包的时候报错，我到网上查说是css引用顺序问题，我改了半天，找不到哪里的引用顺序有问题，热更新后有可能这个问题就消失了，有可能还在，很难复现
