Fix MacOS electron builds

And apple killed notarization with tool that this app's old electron packages are using: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/technotes/tn3147-migrating-to-the-latest-notarization-tool

After a lot of failed hacking on this, I conclude that the only way to make fix publishing to MacOS would be a huge overhaul of the whole electron setup like what Terminal did here: zviadm/celoterminal@50e5645
