How to change from --ignore-case to --no-ignore-case without exiting fzf?

I usually run fzf with the default --ignore-case (smart-case) match.
On a small number of occasions after opening fzf with --ignore-case, I realize I want to search for lower case text exactly.
Is there any way to reload fzf with a different case option without exiting fzf?
