Issue: when viewing "threads" of a project, the first input that shows on the listing is the system prompt and the token count is zero.

The threads view shows zero tokens and the wrong input first token:

when opening the detail view of the thread we see that human message was actually the first input and the correct token count

Suggestion:

fix the bugs
