To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download and Install this lens desktop
  2. Open Lens Desktop
  3. Choose activation method: Lens ID
  4. Click Activate Button
  5. See that it is stuck on "Activating Lens Desktop"

  • Lens Version:
    Lens: 2024.11.261604-latest
    Electron: 31.7.5
    Chrome: 126.0.6478.234
    Node: 20.18.0
    © 2024 Mirantis, Inc.
  • OS: [e.g. OSX]
    macOS Sonoma
    apple m3
  • Installation method (e.g. snap or AppImage in Linux):

Kubeconfig:
Quite often the problems are caused by malformed kubeconfig which the application tries to load. Please share your kubeconfig, remember to remove any secret and sensitive information.

Hello @wulingyue-caicai,
thank you very much for your feedback! It seems that you might not be using the latest version of our application. In the most recent version, you have the option to use the provided link at this point, which will allow you to re-register in the browser. This should solve being stuck.

Could you please try updating to the latest version, give this a go, and let us know how it works for you?
