Summary

We now have a new cpp-lib NativeModuleSample using the new hybrid old/new template. After we are able to update the documentation to point to that version (see microsoft/react-native-windows-samples#999), we should deprecate / delete the cppwinrt version.

Motivation

We don't need both, the new template is strictly better for new modules. The new hybrid template, while not "officially launched" in 0.76, is the way forward for library developers.
