As mentioned in the title - starting from the AdventureWorksLT 2016 backup there are wrong characters / wrong decoding in the Description column in the ProductDescription table. You may observe them starting from the ProductDescriptionID = 1360 and higher.

On my part, I did what I could. I reported the problem to the people taking care of this project. If you know how to fix it, fix it, and don't describe instructions on how to do it yourself at home, because it's not about everyone fixing it themselves.
I have already solved my problem a month ago. This report is for someone who looks after this project to fix these databases so that no one will be surprised in the future that they have data in a code page different from the code page of the entire database.
If you want to reproduce the problem, I have provided the exact version number of the database in which it first appears. Just use this information.
