Sample's sample rate not updated when changing soundcard's sample rate in Configuration window

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load a sample of a certain sample rate (e.g. 44100) and play it
2. Open "Configuration" window and switch to a different sample rate (e.g. 48000)
3. Play the sample again: the sample is now faster or slower.
4. See error

Expected behavior
No change in speed. Resampling should be applied on soundcard's sample rate change as it is done when loading a new project with a different sample rate than the current one in use.
