Planning to use motion one with ionic + VueJS.

Want to use scroll based animations on ion-content component - which wraps the main content of a page.
However it emmits the following custom scroll events - ionScrollStart ionScroll and ionScrollEnd

I could not find any docs/examples on How can motion one be hooked into this type of scenarios ?
