Updated to test the "No players available to form syncgroup (Issue #3221)" as I had experienced that issue. Looked good until I attempted to add a player. I had a workaround for the other, but haven't discovered any way around this one.

I just wanted to add that I get the same error with a dynamic group when attempting to power off that group. If the members are turned off correctly, they function fine. But if the group is attempted to be turned off, even if all members are off, the same error occurs as stated above. The only way to turn on the group player again is by rebooting the addon or deleting and recreating the group player. My group player is currently an LMS group. The issue doesn't persist if doing a universal group instead. I tested multiple back ups to other versions and the problem persists.
