In NixOS/nixpkgs#296429, r-ryantm suggested an version downgrade. This should not happen generally in my opinion.

Another case: NixOS/nixpkgs#297137 (grafana: 10.4.0 -> 10.3.4).

I'd say these are update script problems? Neither update script is currently reporting the correct latest version. Version string comparison in these cases is straightforward enough, but in general I don't know if nixpkgs-update should be attempting to do this if there's an update script.

Seems in case of Grafana like a nix-update issue then. cc @Mic92

What's in the atom git tag feed? This is what nix-update uses just now.

The first one in https://github.com/grafana/grafana/releases.atom is indeed 10.2.6, not 10.4.1.
