Consider leveraging autoprefixer-core and caniuse-db

Have you considered leveraging the work already done here by autoprefixer-core and caniuse-db. If you are looking to have this done client side, there may be additional implications, but I'm mainly curious if you've looked into it.

I'm actually looking at these solutions for the server-side right now. The current solution for the client-side can probably benefit by this work a little as well.

The one thing I need to do is convert the values for the javascript based styles that this library is helping with.
