分类、标签英文首字母大写后，再通过分类或标签进入文章时，会报404的错误。

目前来说，可以不用大写英文字母开头解决这个问题。能改一下嘛？

生成html的代码里，这些好像会全部变成小写，但是分类或标签作为目录时，还是大小。所以不匹配，导致404.
