http://opensource-events.com/_sources/index.txt has a problem in how it displays curly apostrophes and quotation marks - they look like "We’ve" instead of "We’ve".

I'm looking at this in Chrome and Safari on Mac, and other people report the same issue.

The source is encoded in UTF-8, but the server is not including an encoding header; the majority of browsers are configured to default to Windows-1252 in such cases.

Interesting; we should probably make a .htaccess for that directory that sets the content type header.
