Advanced reminder

Two topics :

1 - Reminder set by user

Instead of having a predefined reminder , let the user the possibility to set his own reminder

2 - Conditional reminder

The idea would be to improve the current reminder feature to add the possibility to remind conditionally.

Conditions :

• Remind always
• Remind if no response has been provide by entity
• Remind if no response has been provide by entity and user is in entity required to respond
• Remind for the emitter of the card only
• Remind only for receiver of the cards

It would a configuration per process/state (define in config.json)

Default value : always
