It seems, for some colour, it's hard to the read, through the grey cursor colou

Issue oppiliappan#121: Cursor Color Customization

The user can now specify which color they want the cursor to be in the
config file.
E.g.
---
cursor = "light blue"
---

Additionally, I've added a few more colors to choose from.

The pull request above should solve this.
Don't mind the other settings in the toml file. Those are additional features I'm working on.
