How to get inscriptions by blockhash?

Hello, I'm building a layer2 protocol based on ord. The function I need is to get all inspections inside a specific block.

Why block hash, not block height?

Because the blockchain would re-org, the different blocks could have the same height. Using block hash is better for re-org handling.
